" I am currently in the process of buying a new build from RK Wilson. Everyone tells you not to buy a new build; but any of the usual concerns are not an issue with anything from RK Wilson. This is a local firm and I have met a number of the staff on various occasions. the electrician, the landscapers and the builders who I have met at various stages are all local and have a very good reputation.

The quality and detail is nothing compared to other new builds I looked at. The finishing’s and materials ranging from the electric garage doors to the internal doors and handles and tiles and slabs are all premium quality and its those extra touches that makes these houses differ from other new builds.

 During the build I have asked to have external contractors go to the property to complete work where I wanted to customise the build and the team have gone above and beyond to accommodate this, they have dealt with 3rd party contractors and allowed them access to the property and dealt with the logistics of having parts delivered etc. What could have been a pain to get little bits completed has been made so easy and simple and I am really grateful for this.
 
I would like to thank everyone that has been involved in this build for making this simple and a pleasant experience. This is my first house and everyone says it is the most stressful things you can do, and that has not been the case for me. I can say I don’t know what all the fuss is about, its been fun, exciting and very pleasant.
