Down at Swineshead Villa Lane, our development of 9 properties only has two remaining. Over the Christmas period a few of our new home owners moved in and we are excited to get the rest of our new owners moved in, in the up and coming months.

Rita Retires

Yesterday (21st December 2022), we said our final thank you to Rita - our accounts lady, as she retired. Rita has been with us for over 20 years and has been a great asset. We are sad to see Rita leave and everyone at R K Wilson Builders is grateful for her commitment to the company over the years. We would like to wish her well in her retirement.

Only 3 plots left in Swineshead

Our new Swineshead development is coming along well with six plots sold and only three plots remaining. We are starting to see some kitchen and tiling choices come together. Here at R K Wilson Builders we like our new home owners to put their own personal touch into their new homes by deciding their new kitchens, bathroom tiles and flooring themselves.
